Congratulations to Deb Price and Joyce Murdoch Deb Price and Joyce Murdoch, of Detroit, Michigan, partners for fifteen years, received their civil union license in Vermont. It was reported that Price, a columnist for the Detroit News, plans to send copies of the license to her State and Federal authorities, asking them to follow Vermont's lead. The couple also plans to carry a small copy of the certificate in their wallets as proof of their relationship.
